When I walk into Main Street I am seldom greeted and am uncertain if I should wait or seat myself. Some staff training is needed or at least a sign. There is a nice selection of salad options. A puny muffin accompanies the salad. It is nice to have a local restaurant but some improvements are needed.
Love the chicken wraps! The fries are the BEST AROUND! They have great service and some amazing cooks BUT with that said they also have some HORRIBLE WAITRESSES AND TERRIBLE COOKS!! I guess it depends on the day! West mains location in my experience has more bad that good times, and the westnedge location is 9 times outta 10 great experience!
My waitress sucked!!! She was training someone too she also sucked. Too busy doing their side work to give us good service. I wait tables so thats a no no in my book. They just got a crappie tip!!!
Ordered pub tots. They came out very dark, almost black, they were so burnt. Sent them back and got a new order that was maybe a half shade lighter. Asked for a water after ordering a mixed drink. It never came. I miss living on Gull Road. That one is so much better.
Barmaid is rude and so is the female manager. Ordered whiskey sour and was gross. Mgr argued over removing a drink order that was $3.45 that I didn't drink being wasn't mixed correctly or something. Whiskey sours are not clear in color or bitterness. Won't be back or least not order a type of drink like this that I drink all the time and know how they are to taste!! Mgr finally removed the drink from my tab after arguing over it.
