I really liked Dr. Bwititi, but the receptionist is rude and unhelpful.
Love my dr here so much but the staff is awful!!!! Makes me want to switch drs. If I didn't LOVE mine, I would without question. They are rude, not helpful at all, completely inconvenienced by my calls or questions, they send you to different extentions that go straight to voicemail every time, and I don't understand how they work there. Not the typical Bronson experience I'm used to. Very disappointing.

First starting with the receptionists, they are very rude and treat you as if you’re an inconvenience to their days, they just sit there talking back and forth and act like you’re in the wrong if you interrupt, the new Dr. eicorne or however you spell it, is the rudest most disrespectful and unhelpful doctor I’ve seen in my life.
